Keeps crashing while saving

I have not been able to save my short clip (about 40 seconds) in any options of format that is available. about 1/2 way through the saving process... the program always crashes. Could this be because I have VS2018 installed as well ?

Any suggestions on a fix for this problem ?

If you use 2018 to render the project, does that also crash

Explain what type of clips you are using, their properties may be useful
And when you select Share what options do you choose

Clips are from my drone (3.4 gigs cut down to about 800 mb) .mp4 (and come out to exactly 1.49 minutes edited)

VS 2018 saves it without any problems.

I also have triple monitors (I do not think that that would effect the rendering)

Solved my problem. seems that I had to install the program in a sub folder of my G drive …. I originally installed it directly on my G drive.
