Welcome to the forum.
But yes, you have troubles. Can you confirm that that video is part of the original as it came out of Video Studio? When you went to Share, what did you choose: Mp4 as the output format, or did you use "Same As Project Settings" or "Same As First Clip"?
And which model GoPro do you have?

Re: Corel 2019 glitchy/boxy/lag video
yes that is original, i had saved it from corel 2019 as an mp4 then uploaded it onto my google drive ten shared that URL. it didnt give me an option for changing format when i shasred it.
video is from a gopro 3+. the raw footage is perfect off of the go pro.
it is also odd because when i add video to the video studio and then go to multi- trim video to create the clip that i want for the edit, the video tho within the trim editor actually runs fine and has no lag/distortion.
any ideas?

Re: Corel 2019 glitchy/boxy/lag video
An initial question. I notice that your video looks as though it was taken on a smartphone held in Portrait mode, rather than Landscape. Or were you holding the GoPro that way?
But apart from that, coincidentally, the GoPro I own is of the same vintage as yours. Mine is a Hero 3 Black and produces mp4 video with the same properties as yours. And I have no difficulty with it in VS 2019. In fact, just to be sure, I imported some of my GoPro clips into VS 2019. When I inserted the first one in the timeline, I got the expected message asking if I wanted the Project Properties to match those of the clip. I said OK. That then gives me the option to use those Same As options I mentioned above.
Instead, though, I went to the MPEG-4 options as you will see in my image above. You'll see the chosen properties in the Properties box. I gave the new clip a name and rendered it. You'll note that in the bottom left of the image that I have the Smart Render and Hardware Acceleration boxes ticked. When I rendered the video, it was done quickly and plays back perfectly -- none of the sort of distortion your video shows.
If you can get a Render page looking like mine, can you also check to see if SmartRender was ticked at the bottom. If it is, then you might want to untick it and try rendering again as sometimes that removes the sort of glitches you have suffered from -- though it will take longer to render the new video.
You might also want to render using "Same As First Clip" by ticking that box up in the top left of my image.
One final possibility: even though it might seem totally unrelated to your problem, do you know if you have installed the .mov codec from Quicktime? If not, you might want to install it and render again. This sometimes fixes problems other users have encountered when rendering to mp4. (When you go to Apple > Quicktime, only install the codec and not the player. Apple have discontinued PC support for the player due to some problems they say occurred several years ago. But the codec is perfectly OK.)
First off, I am not quite sure I understand this statement. When you go to the Share tab you should be offered a wide range of options not only for your final format, but also depending on whether you are just wanting to render to a new video clip, to a disc, for the web, for export to a camera or iPod/iPad type device or even 3D. See my attached screen shot of what I see when I open Share. You'll notice at the very top under the words "Create a video that you can play on a computer" there is a greyed out box which, when you tick the empty box beside it, allows you to choose "Same As Project Settings" or "Same As First Clip", that I mentioned above.bradcorelrookie wrote:it didnt give me an option for changing format when i shasred it.
