Copy one project into another
I have VideoStudio Ultimate 2019. I have a project which I created as a movie preview. Now I'm working on the real movie and I want to re-use the preview material into the main movie. However when I select everything with CTRL-A or even if I select more than one clip from the preview project, the Copy command becomes disabled. Note that I want to edit the preview material once copied into the main movie, so I can't export the preview as a movie and then import that into the main one. Any ideas?

Re: Copy one project into another
Hi albol
And welcome to the forums
If I understand you correctly you have two project files
Preview.vsp and Main.vsp
First open the Main .vsp
Now import the Preview .VSP to the Media library in the same way of inserting a video.
You can drag and drop that preview from the library onto the timelines, all clips should be seen and editable.
Of course you could do that the other way around If the Preview is an Intro
Open the Preview, then drag the Main.vsp to the timelines.
It is a process called nesting.
I would make copies of the VSP’s to test these options
as a thought import both VSP's to the library
Start a new project
drag the VSP's to the timeline one at a time, this will create a new combined project
