The attached is a screenshot from a clip of the speed indicator on the shanghai maglev train.
To get a clear view of the strip indicator, an amount of zoom was necessary and as a result the image bounces around a lot. Even with mercalli 2 applied, it's still bouncy. I've tried to trim the length of the clip to enable the filter to be applied only to the bouncy parts of the image, but while improved, it's still bouncy.
The image shows the mercalli settings (default) I used for this. Ordinarily, these work fine, but something extra is need here. Can anyone suggest what settings I might use to smooth the bouncy image even more?

Open it up. You have it truncated. Under Adjustment go down the middle and select them all. Then select universal camera or pan ,if a pan shot. Select rolling comp and move aviod borders to the right-more steady. That should do it.
