How long can I expect to receive fixes to VSP X10?
How long can I expect to receive fixes to VSP 2018?

When does Corel typically declare the "end of service life" for their products?

There is a question, will Corel do anything for the older versions of VS, when a new release is out (VS2019).

Mostly no. They have their hands all tight up trying to fix few new bugs, who cares about the old ones.
end of service life ? next year on new release, unless something drastically happens like MS stupid update.

This was exactly also my feeling when I talked to support. There is no hope to fix something on the older version when the new is out.
That means basically we have to live with the problems, or invest even more money for the next, often even worse versions....
