Problem with file extraction/rendering/sharing

Post by lazar1804 »

Hey, guys, I need your help again.
I tried to render mov file but that wasn`t successful for the first time.
I don`t know what`s the problem.

This is a printscreen of the situation:

Instead of one real mov file I got three files:
1. mov file - 0 bytes
2. .a file - 8.48 mb
3. .v file - 199 mb

So, it`s impossible to upload this on Youtube for example.

Thank you guys a lot!

The a and v files are temp files created during rendering, once complete they should disappear leaving the video.mov file

Seeing those would indicate that the render was not completed, did you stop the render or did it show an error
You do not give much detail as to your render settings

What version of video studio are you using?
No you cannot upload those to YT? afaik

I didn`t mention any details because I usually don`t pay attention to them.
I just click .MOV format and that`s all.

However, you are right. I probably interrupted rendering process two times by opening few programs beside CVS.

Now I did it without any other program and it was successful.
Thank you, Lata!
