If you use "Customise Motion" you can rotate your video one degree at a time - while in the customise motion window you can also zoom in a little as rotating a video may cause the edges of the video to move inscreen a little
by default the customisation effect changes throughout the length of the video so check you set the same settings at the key points at each end of the video to make sure they are the same

To set keyframes to same, right click the keyframe for options, "copy and paste to all"
Some filters using Keyframes do not support that but Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V should copy from keyframe to keyframe, a little quicker that tweaking all the settings.

Hello,
I still has a question for you. After I used the custom motion to rotate the video to the right level and max the screen, how can you get rid of the black area on both sides as attached pic ? I tried to played with the crop border filter but it don't seem to work. Thanks for your help.

You have to zoom the picture to the size of the screen. ( extra FX)
