When you remove the center clip, in the photo, the space becomes blank in VS 2019. What is needed is something as depicted in the attached photo. There,by obviating the ripple effect.
I hope they are working on it.

It does not move the title track below and ripple effect is checked.

Corel have been informed of issues using Ripple Editing and gap edits
Basically Ripple Editing is no longer effective
Hopefully a fix will be released soon

Re: One of many items that VS 2019 needs
I just noticed that when all tracks have ripple edit enabled, and I move the clip on the Video track over to the right, the clips on the other tracks don't ripple. But if I enable ripple on all tracks except the last track (Music), then ripple works when I move the Video clip.
Since "Delete All Gaps" works on only one track at a time, you have to do "Delete All Gaps" for each track.
When ripple edit is working, if you delete the Video Clip, all clips get deleted. If you only want the Video clip deleted, you have to turn off Ripple Edit.
Just make sure that the last track has Ripple Edit disabled. I added an extra Music track #2 that I use for that purpose.
