Sub-menu re-organising and deletion.
I'm using Win 10 and when I use the various sub-menus, there are some I wish to re-position in a more convenient order or don't use, so want to delete them. In earlier versions of PSP, there was an options menu that allowed one to do this, but I can't seem to find it, or it's been located somewhere different. Can anyone help?
