Burger transitions

Hi has anyone had problems adding these to Video Studio 8? I have downloaded as instructed but when I launch Video Studio & it loads new transitions I get error message "no storage to save BB" I click ok & loading finishes, I then get error message "Load from Stream Error" I click ok several times & Video Studio opens, I can see the transitions under burger but when I click I get the "Load from Stream Error" message again & then all transitions disappear from Video studio?

I won't be a lot of help here, but I can tell you that I used to have problems with one specific Burger-transition, the Matrix one (Chars) when using VS8, I just resigned myself to not use that one. I would not get an error, but VS would crash. I can say that since I have upgraded to VS9, I have been able to use that transition without a problem. I don't mean to sound like classic support, where the first answer is usually upgrade to thelatest version, but I did want to let you know you weren't completely alone.

I have VS9 but Chars crashes it. Any ideas how you got yours to work?

Also, I had problems with Curtain. Works on video to video and video to colour but not on colour to video transitions.
