Reformat of PC and PSP 2018 Ultimate

Looks like I will have to reformat my pc. Will I have to re-install Ultimate 2018 and Topaz remask 5 or will this happen automatically?
I bought both online, and don´t have the record of purchase anymore but do have the serial number (from the program) of PSP Ultimate.
Is there a way that I can ensure all my program preferences stay intact if I have to do a re-install?
Advice please.
