Impot DVD to library problem

VS 2018 Ult.Having a problem importing a DVD in the library.Below is my work flow but cannot complete, help please
1 File > Insert media file to library
2 Insert digital media
3 In import from digital media box
4 Click on Select import media folders(already ticked)
5 1.G:/ is showing the box (The drive that the DVD is in)
6 Select the drive (turns blue and moves up)
7 Click start
8 Under content folder there is a choice of Title 1 or chapter 1,
Both have the same properties –DVD Video, 1.83 GB
9 Select Chapter 1
10 Start Input button is greyed out

and what happens if at point number 9 you select Title 1

I would select the titles only
if you select both you will get duplicate files imported

are you selecting the thumbnails by clicking the tick box, hard to see, a little greyed out

Thanks for the advice, not clicking the tick box was my error
