Unable to preview whole project.

Hello, I am new here and short of starting my project again I thought I'd ask here first in case I have inadvertently clicked on something. I am half way through a project but I can now longer review the whole project from the review window. However if I switch to clip view I can review a single clip but not multiple clips together. I can export the project as a mp4 and it works fine. I have also saved the project with a different name and tried removing all clips one at a time in case one was corrupted. It didn't work. The only way seems to export the project as a mp4 and use it as the base for a new project. Anyone any ideas though why when you try and review the whole project nothing happens. Thank you.

Does this happen with all projects
start a new project and add a few video samples from the media library, does that play ok

If its just the one project that is suffering have you set the Preview range to a few frames, an orange bar will be placed above the timeline.

Sorry but i do not have any version of Video Studio installed at the moment so cannot test, although i have not had an issue playing in project mode using 2019.

Sounds as though you may have set a preview range for your project see the image below does that cure it

clicking on the image will display it bigger and clearer
