File Location Preferences
I just purchased Paintshop Pro 2019 Ultimate and am in the process of customizing it. I want to set the File Locations, but it's not listed in Preferences. I read in the Help that it's also available by clicking the File Locations button, which I don't have or can't fine either. Any suggestions?

Re: File Location Preferences
Welcome to the forum!
By default, PSP now opens in what Corel call the "Essentials" workspace. This is in effect a cut down or simplified version of the program and perhaps suited to new users. It is missing some of the things available to users in the full or "Complete" version.
To get to the latter, right click on the screen, and in the dropdown menu which appears, at the bottom you will see "Workspace"; and if you click on that, choose "Complete". You should now be able to see the File Locations setting.

Re: File Location Preferences
Wow, thank you! That also answers a few other problems I had. I was trying to customize the top toolbar with my favorite commands, and if I accidentally missed the toolbar causing it to disappear, it wasn't even showing back up in the menus! I know they wanted to 'streamline' this version but I was thinking this was a little ridiculous!

Re: File Location Preferences
I have PSP 2018. It, too, is missing the File Locations option. And Complete is checked.
So what else can I do to get that option back?
Thank you.

Re: File Location Preferences
Actually, I just accidentally solved the problem. I was already in full mode, not Essentials. The Complete was checked and yet I was still missing items.
So, I hit the Reset Workspace button and that suddenly fixed everything! Happiness is being able to get on with things again!
