VS-9-2018-Ult. correcting a tilted scene

Post by Carroll »

Hi members

I have one scene, in a video I'm working on, where the camera was not held level during filming and the scene filmed is leaning to the right at the top. I have gone through the manual and did a search in Corel help, but, didn't even come close to finding anything on it.

So, is it possible to do that in VS9-Ult, and if so, is it actually worth the effort? The video is something I'm doing for a friend and wont see the light of day, so, I could just leave it, if, I didn't get anal over things like this.

What version are you talking about? VS9, VS2019 and what is VS-9-2018-Ult?

It helps if posters would be specific when referring to a program and not just make up names

Not sure if this will help you but try the Customize Motion option and play with the rotation about the Z-axis (see image). An example of this tilt correction is viewable at https://youtu.be/v_wDwclu9vc?t=632

Thank you for your reply.

You are quite correct in describing specifically the program and the problem I'm having with it. I will make sure to not make that mistake again.

On the About window, it states that It is Corel VideoStudio X9 Ultimate. In the scrolling window in the middle of the About window where it states all the copyright info, it states it's Corel VideoStudio Pro X9.
