No, no mention of it!
Yet adding those gaps without giving the user any control over the effects of the gaps, undercuts the overall impact of new features in this version.
Oddly enough, in that video I found out a few new things about VS 2019, in particular the seamless group of transitions and the morph transition, which I had not noticed until now. Also the rabbit hole effect in 360 video editing, which I should have already found, but hadn't!
