Gif's stopped working in VS18/

That is how much I pay attention. I was looking at the train so much I did not pay attention the flag lol I just tried the gif in VS1X10 and it does the same thing. Something is amiss and it is just the .gif files I am having trouble with.

Ken may know if this would be a problem. I have been in contact with Corel support and we were trying different things. One last thing I tried (thought I had) was to import the file into the VS18 Library first then into the timeline.
So I am assuming an animated files or other files have to be imported into the library in order to work correctly?

No, animated GIFs can be imported straight into the timeline, I have no problem importing direct, or from the library

Thanks, well I learn something everyday or moment. I have no problem with other files it was just the .gifs. Now on to the next thing
