Use last setting for tools... i.e. Crop, Smart Photo Fix etc

Hello!

I'm fairly sure there was a spot I could choose to have different tools "use the last setting" but I can't find it now. For example when I crop a photo I'd like the option to have it remember my last size so I do not have to change it from the drop down each time. Same for the Smart Photo Fix. When doing large batches of photos having to select the correct size etc each time really slows things down. Is there a way to do this in 2019 Ultimate?

There is a Repeat icon under View-->Customize-->Commands-->All Commands that you can drag and place on the Toolbar.
When I want to repeat a tool and use the same settings I use the keyboard shortcut of holding Shift key plus clicking on the Tool icon and that repeats the last used option.
