Adjust recording length for screen capture

Post by Blackcat »

New to the realm of video editing and using Corel screen capture to record video to insert into my movie. Seems to only capture about 17 seconds at a time. Is there a way to adjust the length of time the screen capture program can record video clips?

Welcome to the forum!

Can you please tell us which version of Video Studio you are using, and whether it is the trial or full version.

By the way, the company's name is Corel and not Coral as you have in your Profile! :D

Sorry but there was no version "2017". The only versions with years instead of other numbers were 2018 and now 2019. If your version came out in 2017, that would make it X10 (or version 20). If your version has 7 in it but does not say "2017" then it might be X7 (or version 17)... Some changes have occurred with screen capture, especially between VS 2018 and VS 2019. So that is why it is important to know exactly which version you are using.
