change hair color

Hello i want to try change hair color and look natural.But i am confused about which tool is the most appropriate.I see many people to suggest different tools.Like ''Make over tool,color changer tool, color replacement tool''.I don't know anything about these tools.Is any member to know which tool is the best?Also i would appreciate if any member has do it with good results and if he can show me any screen shot or send me a link with any video tutorial about that.I have not find until know tutorial about changing hair color.Only how generally can change color ,or how can change eye color, clothe color.

Have you experimented with the Change to Target tool?

Select the hair with the Smart Selection brush first, promote that selection to new Layer (Shift+Ctrl+P on the keyboard) and apply the Change to Target tool.
