PhotoMirage as filter in PSP2019

Post by Tuvok »

Hi,

I have the full version of PhotoMirage and PSP2019 Ultimate. In PSP you can purchase and add more filters where PhotoMirage is in the list to.
Since I already have PhotoMirage, can anyone tell my how to add this to my filter list?

I don't understand what you are asking. PhotoMirage is not a "filter" for PS2019 but is a separate application.

Excuse me, the correct name in English is Plugin not Filter :-)

If you go to Effects - Get More Plugins - Applications you can purchase PhotoMirage to use it as a plugin.
I think PhotoMirage is then added to the menu Effects - Plugins such as PerfectlyClear, PictToPainting and ParticleShop.

I like to add PhotoMirage to the same menu Plugins.

Ok, now I understand

Search the PS2019 Help file for "Setting plug-in preferences" and it tells you how to enable and add PlugIns.

I have not done this so don't know if it works

PhotoMirage is a standalone application and not a plug-in.

You might want to look at this thread to see if you can alter the script to open PhotoMirage through PSP but I'm not sure why you would want to as I don't really see an advantage to doing so.

If you really look at that link Effectx > Get More Plugins that page you are shown is the Welcome page with All, Special Offers, ApplicationsScripts, Creative Content .
You will find Photo Mirage under Applications along with Pinnaacle Studio 22 Ultimate, AfterShot Pro 3, Topaz Bundle etc
Under each you will clearly see it described as an Application or a Plugin.
PhotoMirage is described as an Application while Perfectly Clear Complete 3 is a Plugin.
So to repeat what others have said - Photo Mirage is a standalone program and not a Plugin.
Systems available Win7, Win 8.1,Win 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 & version 20H2 Build 19042.867

Hi myrtlerankind
I don’t know if Photo Mirage would be the only reason to purchase PSP.
There I a trial available, maybe using that would help you decide.
https://www.photomirage.io/en/

Unsure what differences there is with the purchased version and the packaged PSP version
Maybe others have purchased and can help

I also found a PDF help document

http://help.corel.com/photomirage/how-t ... mirage.pdf

Any updates would probably install 2020 not 2019
