Hello!
When I choose "custom shapes" I only have 10 choices... my older version of psp had LOTS of them. Is there a way to get more? (Screenshot attached)
Thanks!

Re: 2019 Ultimate Missing Many Shapes...
I ran into this with some late editions of PSP. My workaround:
1. Made sure I had a final installation of PSP 2018, 32-bit and 64-bit.
2. I went through all my old PSPx's, consolidating folders. That was time-consuming. In essence, I went to each C:\ProgramData\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro x\Corel_[Number] folder and did a ctrl-a, ctrl-x within each subfolder, the went one up and did a ctrl-v (paste). What I ended up with was a consolidated group of items under each C:\ProgramData\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro x\Corel_[Number]. I copied each group -- all of them.
3. Then I went to each C:\ProgramData\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro 2018\Corel_[Number] folder and pasted the lot into each numbered file. I approved overwriting identical files. What I had then was a complete group under each numbered file with no duplicates.
Because my machine has enough RAM and is fast and I use an SSD, PSP 2018 does not run slow when I open a tool (YMMV). But that is how I defeated Corel's making collections less extensive.

I have 122 preset shapes.
I have the file locations set as
So you can change the file locations to include any of the old version locations.
If you decide to uninstall any previous version you will lose that file location and any unique preset shaopes with that version.
So ehume offers a way of installing all preset shapes for each version that you still have active.
You could also add them to a separate preset shapes folder in Documents folder and then have any versions link to that through File Locations.

What hartpaul suggests definitely will work. But when I tried that I ran into duplicates. This is why I settled on my time-consuming process. But it only consumed my time once.hartpaul wrote:I have 122 preset shapes. I have the file locations set as So you can change the file locations to include any of the old version locations.

If there are any new supplies (shapes, tubes, patterns, etc.) you simply have to download them separately from the installation file. Go to the home page of your PSP and click on Get more, then the Creative Content tab. There is a lot of content you can download. Some are paid, but there are lots of free ones.
They are separate from the installation files so that the file is smaller than if it included everything.
On the other hand, ehume also has a good solution to use any supplies from previous versions.

Re: 2019 Ultimate Missing Many Shapes...
I'm using Preset Shapes (and various other supplies) from previous versions that I have previously placed in a separate folders I created on my E drive. I have about 170 preset shapes, most of them likely from those previous versions, but quite a few that I converted from Adobe Photoshop preset shapes.
