I've got Photoimpact 8 with Photo Explorer 7. I had a hard drive crash, reloaded my software and now photo explorer is getting the "Windows has encountered an error message" and it dumps the program. I've got a Canon Powershot S10 camera that I can access through Photoimpact and open pictures one at a time but I would like to get all of the photos because one at a time is a real pain! Any ideas what I might try? I have uninstalled and reinstalled Photo Explorer a couple of times with my virus scanner and Spyware doctor turned off. Thanks for any help or suggestions!
