I just installed VS 2019 Ultimate and no Mercalli, etc. What gives?

I did warn you to check out what is no longer included, although the proDAD filters are still there, check the Bonus Features package and try a manual install

You will find the [VideoStudio2019_Installer.exe] executable (.exe) below. This executable will install VideoStudio Ultimate 2019,
which includes all the power of VideoStudio Pro plus hundreds of premium effect plugins, Color Grading controls, custom Video Masks,
enhanced Video Stabilization tools, and stunning motion effects in the Split Screen Video editor.
It looks like they deceived me. The Ultimate package included Mercalli, etc. I will not pay them for this Trumpian move.
I will inform my credit card company not to pay the bloody blackguards.
This could herald the end for VS. I hate to see it go as I used it for years.

The manual install did the trick-all is well now. However, a discussion with their inept Tech support last night yielded nothing.

Mercalli, along with the other proDAD FX, was never in the Pro version of VS 2018, X10 or X9. So I'm really not sure what you're complaining about. I would suggest that you have a look at the Home tab and see what is new. I would also recommend that you look at some of the included extras again. Whilst Corel hasn't posted a great deal yet, there are often many answers there.

As for cancelling your order, I believe that anyone can cancel within 30 days. Try contacting Corel with that in mind.

It was not deception by Corel but, a problem with the software download which later was resolved. Their technical support did not solve the problem-not too good. I recant and apologize my statements about Corel, as I was just POed with the first result. I have been with them since Ulead days and should have known better.
