Upgrade to 2019

Post by pepegota »

I received a special offer to upgrade to 2019 but, no means was given to do so. I hope the program is better than their upgrade procedure? I got the installer from: [Link to crack site removed by moderator]
However, it downloads in KBs/sec which is ridiculous. What's going on?

Clicking the UPGRADE button works (see image).

This form is not a Corel associated website and furthermore the "installer" is downloaded from "http://www.carrotchou.blog/" which is a Chinese language site offering a "Corel VideoStudio 2019 Chinese Crack Edition" (see image). It appears that you are downloading an pirated version of VS2019 and you may end up with malware.

I miss information about the content of the new version - e.g. which Plugins comes with VS2019 Ultimate?

The upgrade button does not work. Where can I get a workable upgrade?

Where did you find that link?
I wouldn't trust it... it wasn't from Corel for sure.
I saw the 20% upgrade offer after exiting VS2018.

Thank you for advising us about the leaked / cracked version.

Have a look in your email, the one used to register a previous version. You should be receiving an offer from us there.

You might also receive a (valid) offer when you close an earlier version of VS that you have had open... That just happened to me.

If you get the msg by email, just remember that when you registered an earlier version, you used your email address as your 'username' for the Corel.com account.

Link is working in both Firefox, Chrome, IE (or whatever it is in Win10).
And with any new product, unless you like to be the "test subject", wait to see what early adopters think and experience.

Good advice Tony, when deciding whether or not to upgrade, make sure you check out what new features are now included, but more importantly, what features are no longer included and will that impact on your work flow
