Video studio 2018 VSP files corrupted

Hi,

I am a French customer and I use vc for a long time I was already using unlead version before it became Vs

" black and empty spaces are interposed in places between the videos" :

" The cutting of the films is impaired" :

Découpe film corrupted

I have a vsp file of about thirty minutes and after sharing in mpeg4 vsp file is corrupted. The cutting of the films is impaired and black and empty spaces are interposed in places between the videos, which is normally impossible. I had to review all my cuts of films. I do not see what it can be.

I've send email to the support but Grrr...

Unusual to see that black space / clip

I dont know what else to suggest to fix this anomaly, re-installing the program, Corel Support are your best option

What happens if you remove the transition either side of the space?

Thank you for taking the time to respond.
I spent for a VSP, of just over thirty minutes, more than 2 hours to point everything scene by scene.
If i remove a transition or a scene to the right of the black "hole" everything shifts to the left and the black hole disappears.
it must be the little goofy pixie who does that Lol.

Since my PC had a disk problem I had to reinstall it two weeks ago but to be certain I've reinstalled VS and sent a support post. But what a waste of time !

As a matter of interest, what is the full version number of Video Studio? Mine is fully updated and is version 21.4.0.165.
