Welcome to the forum. I've changed the title of your question since using your username as the title serves no purpose.
And in answer to that question: while Painter Essentials is used in conjunction with PaintShop Pro, our forum does not handle Essentials. For that you would need to go to https://painterfactory.com/essentials/ and register there.
