Hello Trevor, I didn't had time to comment here sooner, but my problem of not render or making a file in MP4 and AVC / H.264 is solved.
I de-installed the program and used the Cleanup tool from this post
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=59847.
Than reinstalled . It fixed the problem. By the way the support helpdesk of Corel in my opinion is not very professional. With my trial version there was no sound. They told me a lot of things but
not the important thing that sounds in mp4 is not available in the trial. I found out for myself to buy the complete version.
For me it is no problem I speak English but for a lot of Dutch people there is not a Dutch helpdesk.

Gerald, doing what you did solved my frequent crash problem but I got a crash after I did the uninstall/cleanup/reinstall when I was moving around in the sound mixer. If it happens again I'll try to see if I can relate it to any other programs I might have open at the time although I have 36 GB ram now. I just did a test, opened the sound mixer and did not get a crash.
