Working on a project, I have all the photo's in a folder and the tiles are imported on the right screen
there are some duplicated and not used in the photo video I am doing. I try to delete them and they go
momentarily, but then reappear. I have deleted them several times. There is no green check mark on them and I
also get the screen asking if it is ok to delete them and I say ok. They go, then back they come?

If you are trying to remove the Media Library Samples provided with the program then they will reappear.
As for duplicated, if you right click the clip and choose locate on Computer, note the location then do for the duplicate, is it the same location

No, I added a folder and put all the pictures I was going to use in it. I will have to check the folder to see if they are duplicated in the folder. Though they are titled different. That is a possibility where I added the folder with the pictures it will not allow me to delete the thumbnails. Could be? I will give it a shot, unless I hear another thought on the subject.
