NewBlue Trial

I've a copy of VS2018 Ultimate however all the filters in 'NewBlue Video Essential VII' are trial versions (see lower left corner of image). Is this the case? If so how long does the trial last for?

Have you clicked to activate? When I did, I got a box asking for my name and occupation as well as my email. Then I got a message box saying an email would be sent, and that I should click on the link it provided to activate NB VII. It also warned that if I didn't receive the email, I should check in my spam folder.

Well, I didn't spot an obvious NB email so checked in my spam folder. There I found an email with this title: "[www.newbluefx.com] Registered". It was from an organization called WordPress, but simply said thanks for registering and was signed "The NewBlueFX Team". It contained no link. However, on closing the Customization box in VS and reopening it, the Trial wording had gone. Using other NB VII filters no longer brought up the Trial wording either.

Yes I've activated it but didn't receive an email, however, the trial button is gone. Thanks.
