VideoStudio x4 Pro Unspecified Error
I have Windows 7 Pro, an older machine. I recently had an issue with a corrupted windows profile, mine. I had a tech remote into my machine who supposed fixed everything. It's not back to normal but it works, however, my Corel VS x4 would not start. I thus re-installed it. It opens, but with less samples than it had before and when I try to import a mp4 file I get this, The program has encountered an unspecified error and has stopped functioning. Please contact Corel Technical Support and send the dump file for analysis. C:\Users\ALTERA~1.STA\AppData\Local\Temp\vstudio_14.0.0.342_20190122_212008.DMP. Can someone help me? Thank you
