Purchasing from trial PSP2019 no 32 bit

Am used to PSP and recently had trial download 2019 Ultimate. Liked it so when they offered good priced purchased. Always before had been given choice of install 64 and/or 32 bit and do want both. This did not happen. This time only got 64 bit and need 32 for older plugins. Found 32 bit install under x64 and when tried it it uninstalled the lot!!!. Have been with technical support but seem to be going very slowly. Now have given me link to thoroughly remove all of 2019 telling me to reinstall but no link to download. Any suggestions. Thank you

From past experience, you cannot install the 32 bit after the trial on the same installation. The only way is to UNinstall the version you already installed (the 64-bit) and download the full version and install from scratch. A little annoying, but still a simple process.

Which means the information given by Corel through the Cleverbridge email is misleading :

If you are unlocking a trial, there is no need to download the software again. Simply launch your trial and enter the Serial Number(s) provided below. You will then have a fully functioning version!.

Which should say "You will then have a fully functioning 64 bit version! only. If you also want the 32 bit version then you must uninstall the trial and redownload the full versions(s)"

Thanks you for that - That is exactly what I thought but getting Corel to admit it or do anything about it is another matter.
Am supposed to be getting remote support tomorrow but as yet have not confirmed it. I really love the 2019 version and some of the
goodies i got with it so guess the price was cheap enough $34 in Australian so will have to wear it. Thanks again.
