I believe the Bendino V 1.0A capture card should have come with its own software -- and that would probably have been an old version of Pinnacle Studio. That would also have been at a time before Corel took over Pinnacle. Most capture cards which came with Pinnacle would only work correctly with the Pinnacle software. In fact, more widely, most capture cards and devices usually work best -- or will only work -- with the software which comes with it.

So do you still have have the software which came with the Bendino V 1.0A?

I also note that you are using Windows 10 while the Bendino V 1.0A was rated to work with Windows 7. Normally, this would not be a problem but I am wondering if a new Windows 10 driver for the Bendino V 1.0A might have come out...

Hello Ken Berry,
Many thanks for your answer.
Yes I still have the software that came with my Bendino V 1.0A, It was a Pinnacle 500 PCI card and the software was Pinnacle Studio plus Release 10.
i think it wasn't well known in New Zealand, and now it doesn't exist and I think it was bought by Corel
I tried to find a driver sofware on the install CD, and to install it, but it didn't work better !
On the Windows 10 line or update there is no more new driver.

Since yesterday,I would like to tell you I've tried to create a new profile on my Windows 10 PC.
And install the Video Studio Ultimate 2018 and this time it's working.
My "old" profile is probably corrupted but I don't know wky….never mind it works !

However I still have some problem about the capture because the sreen capture is black and white !
But I think it's because I entered bad parameters in the software.
I've to find which are they ?
Have a nice day.
Jean.

Pinnacle Studio is now a Corel product, yes, but it certainly still exists (and is also well known in New Zealand!!) However, the point I was making is that your Bendio card will probably only work properly and fully if you install the old Pinnacle Studio 10 which came with the card, and use that for captures. Then you can simply open the captured files in Video Studio for editing. And don't worry that you would then be using two programs instead of just one. Many of us here use a variety of programs in addition to Video Studio, to achieve a good outcome with our video editing.

Oh yes OK many thanks I've to try your solution ! I did not think about using the 2 programs !!!!
But just now, I try to open my Pinnacle sofware and in France we tell : A bad thing never comes alone !
A Windows opens : Shortcut problem ! "The configuration data for this product is damaged. Contact your technical support!"
The technical support for studio release 10, it's a joke. It doesn't exist.
And to remove with Windows\ parameters\applications\uninstall ==>same answer "The configuration……..support!"
Before I've to remove the Pinnacle software properly (it's corrupted !) to find a software on the web to do that and to install a new time !
It's not done yet, but I work on this path…..

You might want to try running this old software in the Compatibility Mode in Windows 10.

Thank you all for your wises advices. They've permit me to have a good issue.
Like as wrote above, I tried to remove my old Pinnacle software.
A try with Revo Uninstaller, it gave me a good result. However always impossible to reinstall it after, even with Compatibity Mode in Windows 10 !
Nevertheless, I tried yesterday one more time VSU 2018 after removing the old Pinnacle.
And there, it was successfull, the capture works, no blocking Windows Installer, Colour appeared also when i put on SECAM !
My problem is solved.
A new time : Many thanks for all.
