Hi
Sorry for the lack of response here
I only use Video Studio for my personal videos so royalty free music is not an issue for me. And never had a reason to ask the question.
I have been searching the Corel Knowledge Base with little success
There is a member Eric Matyas that posts free music to the forums, he may be the best to ask

viewtopic.php?f=62&p=364976#p364976

Unless others come forward then Corel Support may be your best option, try the chat lines
If I do find any information I will of course reply.

YouTube will anyway test your soundtracks and if they find a conflict they will inform you and switch the video to a private one (not available for open public). You can still use it for your own and invite your friends to your private video.

User manual clearly states
Using Auto Music
The Auto Music feature of Corel VideoStudio lets you easily create
high-quality sound tracks from the ScoreFitter library of royalty-free
music. Songs have different variations to help you set the right feel for
your video production.

So I assume as safe bet to use.

Things with youtube about music can be a bit challenging cause you may find some music that's believed to be royalty free and then somebody claims his rights for it. Though, I think cybernick is mostly right about Using Auto Music.
