VS 2018 installation

Hello
during VS 2018 installation, my PC stopped after main program installation, due to external problem.
Now I am trying to continue the installation, but no way. No way also to uninstall.
See attached picture "capture l". The main program is said "installed".
If I try to continue a msg appears, see picture "capture 1 l"
Someone can help me?

Will it uninstall or 'repair' from your Windows Control Panel "programs and features" option

VS 2018 is not on Windows Control Panel "programs and features" option, probably because it's not completely installed.

Remove any files for VS2018 located on your F: drive, then search your computer for any files associated with VS2018 and remove those, then try downloading and installing again

I did everything possible without effect and finally I had to reinstall windows 10.

Did it install after this drastic step? If so then it sounds like registry corruption.
