Issues with Creative Content Pack
I can not install Creative Content Pack, KPT, and Picture Tubes on my PSP-2019. It gives an error saying that "The path to the Language Folder could not be set; installation can not continue". Patterns Pack, Creative Brush Pack, and PickToPainting are installed normally. I've already used CleanUp for PSP2019, it did not work, I've now uninstalled everything. Please, some guidance to solve this? Thanks, Nena

Re: Issues with Creative Content Pack
What are the names for yor files that you are trying to install
I had to look back to my X9 version to be able to find some install files.
In PSP X9 I have :
PSPX9_Corel_CreativeContent.exe
PSPX9_Corel_KPT.exe
PSPX9_Corel_CreativeCollection.exe
I do not have any associated file for Picture Tubes so are you referring to an exe file for Picture tubes or that you are trying to install collected / downloaded extra tubes to PSP 2019?
For PSP X8 I had
pspx8-corel_creativecontent.exe
pspx8-corel-kpt.exe
For 2019 I have:
PSP2019_Corel_CreativeCollection.exe
I do not have any install files for KPT in that folder but have moved the KPT folder from an earlier version to the 2019 Plugins folder.
eg I do not have
PSPX2019_Corel_CreativeContent.exe
PSPX2019_Corel_KPT.exe
The point I am trying to make is that some previous versions had specific paths for that program .
For the Picture tubes are you trying to install teh Free Picture tubes from the Welcome page > What's New?

Re: Issues with Creative Content Pack
Thank you for responding, what I'm trying to install on the PSP-2019 are the free packs that appear on the welcome page of the program. To recap, in this way I installed Patterns Pack, Cretive Brush Pack and PicToPainting, without problems, but I can not install KPT, Picture Tubes and Creative Content Pack as available on the welcome page, says "The path to the Language Folder could not be set, Setup can not continue. " By the indication of the post that you provided, I saw that there is something connected with the folder Languages - EN. How can I fix this, please? Thank you very much!

Re: Issues with Creative Content Pack
Thank you Kathy_9, but I'm terrified to create a new account, for so many situations that I saw of my colleagues in Groups, greatly harming the operation of Windows10, sometimes needing to format the PC. My computer is working OK, and I do not want to take that risk. I'd rather not install what I can not. I saw in the Forum messages that this error happens frequently, and it is related to anything with the PSP's Languages folder. Is there no solution to this? Thank you again.

Re: Issues with Creative Content Pack
It seems harmless enough but I'm not a Windows 10 user and I totally understand if you are not 100% comfortable adding a new account. Perhaps an experienced Windows 10 member will comment and assist you.

Re: Issues with Creative Content Pack
Nena, the link Kathy gave you, viewtopic.php?f=56&t=60670, is much the same as what I told you via my email. when you wrote to me.
Once you have set up the new account, log into it and try installing the extra content you want. If there is an option to install for all users, select it. Then check whether you can access the new items when you log into your account. If you can't you would need to log back in the new account and copy the files onto stick or shared drive or folder, and then place them while logged into your account.
Adding a new User Account should in no way affect your computer, but as I advised, it is always wise to backup things first just in case something goes wrong. For system files you can always make a Restore Point first.
