I have just changed from the PSP aniversary (2000) edition to the 2019 version and am getting rather lost! I have looked at videos on smart photo pro, but they are for an earlier version and the manual doesn't tell you how to save once you get to the before and after screen like this the one attached.
I have spent more than 3 hours trying to find the answer to this question, so have posted in desperation.

The photo you attached shows that the Before/After screen is not filling the monitor -- not that it has to. But have you tried using the scroll bar down the far right hand side of the Before/After screen. That should show OK and Cancel buttons under the bottom right hand side of the After screen. See my attached image.

Re: How to save from Smart Photo Fix in PSP 2019
Thank you Ken.
That's where I thought there should be an OK button! It looks as though there is something wrong with my screen settings, as, even though the scroll bar is right down to the bottom right, nothing appears below the before and after images. The image I posted before was only part of the screen ... attached is a full print screen image.
I have tried reducing the window size and dragging the bottom of the window down, but nothing appears below the before and after image in the position you show.
However, knowing the OK button is there, I just pressed ENTER and it's worked ... so thank you!

What do you see under the After screen when you play around with the Windows resize button (where my red arrow is pointing in your image)? Having a smaller size overlay might bring up the missing buttons. But if not, at least you have a work-around...
