Cropping several layers together

I am using PSP 2019.

I have 3 images of a map each of which was a different year. I have one as a background and the others as layers. I can then align them individually so that the detail lines up exactly. However in doing this, inevitably some are over the edge of others.

How do I then crop all three layers in one go so that they are all the same size and overlay exactly and then save them as individual images? I want to show how roads have changed.

In the layers palette, I click (highlight) the first layer, then I hold down the shift while I click the last layer. This selects all the layers between & then I simply use the crop tool as I normally would. Hopefully PSP 2019 responds similar to my PSP X8.
