Zoom burst

Zoom burst
I have looked in the PSP Help topics and searched the forum. Anyone know how to simulate a zoom burst in PSP? Or am I just asking the wrong question?
Had PS3, PSP3; Installed: PSP-4.12, 5.03, 6.02, 7.04 (liked it a lot & used it for years), 8.00, XI, x4.3.0.3, x6.2.0.20, x7.4.0.11, x8.3.0.13, x9.2.0.7; now using PSPx10 (PSP 2018; version 20.2.0.1 x64) on Win 10-64 b2004.

Not too sure I know what you mean. Take a look at Adjust -> Blur -> Radical -> Zoom and see if that is what you are looking for.

Another issue: using PSP 2018, I cannot move the center of the blur above the image center.

In the dialog box for Radial Blur use the horizontal and vertical offset to relocate the centre of the zoom effect.
