rotate crop tool ?

Hi,
I´m using PSP 2019 ultimate. Is it possible to rotate the crop tool ? When I´m using the golden spiral, I can not rotate the spiral, only the picture. So when the center of the spiral is - as usually - on the bottom of the picture, I have to rotate the picture (than standing upside down) to use it. This is very uncomfortable. How can I rotate the tool/spiral ?

You can't. Corel screwed up the crop tool and decided that it should rotate the picture and not the crop tool itself. Obviously those Corel programmers don't use PSP themselves.

About the only thing you can do is reinstate PSPx9, but then you would be giving up the features brought in with PSP 2018, 2019.
