Picture Tube Undo Bug? PSP 2019

Using PSP 2019 without updte 1
1. New document
2. Choose picture tube tool and apply three tubes
3. Click the Undo button 3 times
Normally this should remove the three tube pics but I find it only undoes the last tube applied.
Works as expected in PSP 2018.
Can anyone else repeat this problem ? Does it also happen in the updated version?

Works as expected here, with Update applied.
One Undo click removes one tube, three clicks remove three tubes.
