Missing frames selection menu in PSP2019

I recently upgraded to 2019 and have trouble getting the frame selection window to show the 100+ I have in the default file locations. I have verified in preferences-file locations that they point to the Corel_09 folder and the Picture Frames folder in My Documents. I have gone through deleting those pointers, shutting down the program, reboot PSP and repoint again, all to no avail. HELP!

You say you upgraded. Do you still have the earlier version installed . Can you test to see if they are viewable in that eearlier version?
To the right of that frame that shows there is a small down arrow. What shows when you click that ? That is what you should have shown in your screenshot.

Problem solved. The down arrow to the right of the frame in the dialog box was so faint I didn't realize it was there. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, Paul!

Yes this is a slight problem with the PSP interface. Those arrows are vey faint and I don't know why Corel does not improve them / make them larger or more contrasty.
Perhaps you coule post that request to the wishlist for 2020.
