Apache OpenOffice Draw

would anybody able to explain me how to work with Apache OpenOffice Draw or is it better from corel draw? In reality my workstation won't ready to run Corel, so I am essentially filtering for any similar application with the component of Mesh Fill mechanical tool

Our Board doesn't handle CorelDRAW. That is another Board altogether, and you will need to register separately and ask your question there. See https://community.coreldraw.com/
