VSP FILE NOT LOADING!

I cannot open any of my existing VSP files that were created with the Corel Video Studio X10 Ultimate.
This problem happened after I purchased the new Corel Video Studio 2018, unfortunately the installation failed.
And I asked for Corel support to help but they can't seem to solve the problem.
So, I asked for a full refund and managed to install back the older version Corel Video Studio X10 Ultimate.
The installation was successful, only now I can no longer open any of my existing VSP files. Nothing appeared without error everytime I open a VSP file.
But creating a VSP and save it and I am able to open the new file, this is strange.
I renamed the folder in the said directory - Ulead System\22 and reinstalled the program and the same thing happened.
I almost giving up on Corel's products now, it is getting bad to worst in every new version.

I tried to use the Restore Purchase and enter my email address but Corel said my email has no purchase with this email - this is silly. I am very sure the email is correct.

SHOUT OUT : Come on, give us back the faith in your product, Corel.

I solved the problem by applying the SP1 and Update at the following link :-
