To set some context:
- creating a menu with a disk composition provides a faster means of accessing specific content, rather than "play all" until you get to the part you want to see
- normally, separate clips in the burn module clip list will create a menu item for each one when you move to the menu and preview page of the burn module
- however, you can create a menu to go to specific parts (eg, scene changes) of the same clip using chapter points as the 'hook' for the menu to work on.
- whether its with individual clips or chapter points, if the number of items exceeds the limit of the menu style you have chosen then there will be a second or more pages to the menu. Example: you say 10 chapter points, and suppose you have chosen a menu style that presents 5 items on it. The second 5 items will be on the 2nd menu page. You can tell that there are multiple pages in the menu by looking at the (usually) bottom - but varies with menu style - and see numbers like 1/2. Which means you are looking at the 1st page of a 2-page menu. To move to the 2nd page, click the double-headed/bar-stopped icon pointing right below the preview window, and the 2nd page will be shown. To move back to page 1, click the double-headed icon pointing left.

Using chapter points as the menu 'hooks', you may have to change the menu displayed; below the preview window, a list box displays the currently displayed menu - normally, Main menu. To see the chapter point items, click on the down arrow at the end of the box and select the clip you applied chapter points to, and observe the chapter point menu for that video clip .

And I suspect you know this, from the short detail given. However you can't transfer chapter points between menu pages without changing the menu style. What you seem to be asking is how to move forward or back between menu pages and that's what those double headed arrow pointers are for.

Frankly, I would avoid chapter points as a complication. It may be far easier to simply cut the clip you want into segments, and render them individually. Then import those clips into the burn module, and because they are now separate clips, you can click-and-drag them to any sort order you want. the menu page reflects the individual clips as you have them in the clip list. To change the menu order for the items, go back to page 1 and change the order of clips in the clip list.
