Add Recent Files to Customize Menu

You can open Customize, then click on File, and move Recent Files where you want to by clicking on it and dragging it to the menu bar, the toolbar, etc. Or you can just copy it to one of those or other locations by holding down the Ctrl key then clicking on Recent Files and dragging it where you want.

Well, you're correct, of course. But without asking here I would never have thought to do that. I still think that adding that to the list of customizable File options is the way to go for the 99.9% of users who are not expert at navigating PSP.

To sum up, though, Thanks for the tip. It will make my life easier.
Had PS3, PSP3; Installed: PSP-4.12, 5.03, 6.02, 7.04 (liked it a lot & used it for years), 8.00, XI, x4.3.0.3, x6.2.0.20, x7.4.0.11, x8.3.0.13, x9.2.0.7; now using PSPx10 (PSP 2018; version 20.2.0.1 x64) on Win 10-64 b2004.

You could be correct that, if anyone wants to do it, having it in the Customize commands menu might be helpful for those not familiar with the power of customizing PSP. But this issue is a good example of why people should post here first with questions about things they want to achieve with PSP to see if someone here has a solution, rather than posting first in the Wish List topic. Just because someone doesn't know how to do something in PSP doesn't mean it can't be done, so it's usually best to post here first asking if it can be done. It saves the moderator from having to move the topic and the answer from Wish List to it's own topic in this forum, where it belongs and where more people are likely to see the question and the answer and - in this case - help them learn how customizable PSP really is. :-)

Yeah, but we used to be able to pull from the commands menu. Then Corel removed it and we've been complaining about it for years.

I haven't. :-) If I want to move or copy stuff from one location to another I just do it as I described if it's not in the Commands menu. I guess I don't expect everything to be available in the various Customize dialogues as long as there are other simple ways to do the same thing. But I do realize that many people aren't as familiar with the various ways available to customize the interface. Never hurts them to learn though, eh?

Oh? What version of PSP was that? I went back to x7 and x4 but was unable to find it in "All commands." However, when I went back to PSP-11 I was able to find Recent files... in both Files and All commands.
