Paint Shop Pro upgrade ad

Paint Shop Pro upgrade ad
When I start my PSP 2018 the ad comes up for an upgrade to PSP 2019. The ad has been up for the past few months. I have called the support team and spent hours trying to get rid of the ad to no avail. The tech's have tried a dozen things like turning off messages, product update messages, etc. No luck! If the systems people can't figure out how to get an ad to go away after a reasonable amount of time, they need to seek employment with "AdChoices" as this is their expertise. Any help would be appreciated.
