I have come across this tutorial

which says Titler Pro it is only available in VS 2018 Ult, which I have. If I have Titler Pro where is it and if not , where do I get it. If I get it will it be worth using and will it cause compatibility issues when I use it.

Open 2018 ult, select Fx in the library tool bar, choose 'all' in the list box, and it's right down there at the bottom.
