They never had support as far as I know. At least, they never helped me. I always had to come to this forum.

As to your mailings, click "help" and scroll down to "Message preferences". You can adjust things in there

Well that sucks.
Inhere nobody gives help on my problem.

My screencapture is very unclear.
I thought it was only using splitscreen but it seems to be always.

So basicly my screencapture feature is useless, and THATS why i bought the product.

100,- down the drain

If they don’t offer support they should not pretend to give support and let people create a ticket and get a reply “we answer within a few days” . What a load of crap.

But you haven't told us what your problem is, most of us have no issue whatsoever with ScreenCap

I already had made 2 topics on the forum this week about it.

However, the problem is that the screencapture has a unclear recording , its impossible to read words on the screen.
Its clear, untill i press play, than the words become blurry, unsharp.

Hi

Screen Capture uses the resolution of the monitor for its frame size.
If we customise the capture area then that resolution will also reduce.
My monitor is 1680 x 1050 and that the maximum I can capture
If I were to capture a smaller panel then my capture resolution will much lower
Video sizes for HD are 1920 x 1080 so I cannot even achieve those sizes, adding my recording to Video Studio will be poor as the actual recording is low resolution, expanding a smaller recording to full screen in VS will be blurred.

You could try increasing the Project Properties frame size but even so I believe the issue is with the actual recording resolution.

What are the properties of your screen recordings, the frame size of your recording.
What are your Project Settings?
What version of Video Studio are you using?

Thanks.

I have full hd monitors. 1920*1080.
The program i record use a full screen and cant downsize so i keep the capture also at full screen 1920*1080.

I have Videostudio X9 Ultimate.

If i decreace the recorded video the video gets even more blurred. (When you create a splitscreen recording the videos get decreased)

I record at 30 frame. I don’t see much settings to change, only 15 , 25 or 30 frame i believe. (Not behind pc now).
Other settings for export i have default (best settings for high quality i believe), i tried changing those but it didnt make a difference. the problem is already with editing before exporting so i think that those settings can make a difference?

I’ll see if i can upload a screenshot tomorrow.

Project settings i should check, never seen them i think?

Thank you for your help and time
