since I installed VS I can not use my web camera online.
For example, you tube stream tells me that the camera is using another program
Facebook also
Will I have to erase a video studio or have some other solution

And welcome to the forums
As far as I know you are the first to complain that Video Studio takes control of your Web Camera.
Yes if you access capture and select your Web Camera as the source then it will take control, but I doubt it would do that automatically from the Edit screen.
I would think it is something else on your pc that is causing this, of course I may be wrong.
Re -installing the program may be the only way to prove that it is or is not a Video Studio issue.

I do not know of any way to “uncheck Corels capture Plugin”, if there is such a beast.

when clean a video studio, the webcam works OK
when a video studio is installed
yotube or facebook stream does not work
I get the answer that another application takes up the camera
and when the video studio is not running
The Corel capture plugin works in the background

There's a note at Microsoft official website that sometimes you may need to give apps permission to use the camera. Can't that be the issue?
